The aim of the Combined Arts Qi Gong program is to provide students with a rounded foundation in Qi Gong that can build to become a life long health maintaining practice.
Students begin with:
- Qi Gong stretching routines designed to improve flexibility and open the body up energetically.
- Qi Gong exercises that teach the student how to link the mind to the breath and movement.
- Standing meditation work to improve posture and energetic flow.
